Dr. Spencer Amstrup

We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Spencer Amstrup. She is a graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry with many years of clinical experience. She joins the Sapphire Family Dental Team in September!

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Dr. Amstrup is looking forward to providing gentle , comprehensive dental care to the Edina and Eden Prairie communities. She will use her skills and experience to help your visit feel comfortable and help you achieve a healthy life-long smile.

She and her Australian Shepherd, Reuben, love spending time outdoors together, enjoying activities such as hiking, snowshoeing and rollerblading. When she’s not caring for your smile, she can be found on the volleyball court, tending to her flower farm, or curled up with a good book.
